Requesting a Return or Refund
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To get started, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • A brief note about the issue

  • A photo (optional, but helpful for visible damage)

We’ll handle your request quickly and kindly.


What Happens Next
Once we review your request, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, but we strive to make the rest of the process seamless.


Returns & Exchanges
You may return items that are:

  • Within the 30-day return window

  • Unused and in their original condition

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved

  • Exchanges follow the same process — once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement or issue a refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without confirmation.


A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Gift cards, trial-size items, and discounted products marked final sale cannot be returned

  • To ensure fairness, repeated return claims may be limited, though we handle each case with care


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or seems lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a photo and tracking details if available

We’ll prioritize issuing a refund or replacement immediately.
