Handling & Storage
Can I pour the product into a different bottle or sprayer?
We recommend keeping Daily Do's in its original bottle. Hypochlorous acid stays fresh longest in the clean, opaque packaging it ships in. Moving it to another container, especially a clear or used one, can shorten how long it lasts.
Can I mix it with other cleaners or add anything to it?
No. Daily Do's is ready to use as it is. Mixing it with other products or additives can change the formula and reduce how well it works, so use it on its own.
How long does it last after opening?
Use it within the timeframe printed on the label, and try to use up an opened bottle rather than storing it for a long time. Keeping it cool and out of sunlight helps it stay fresh.
How should I store it?
Keep it at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed. A cool, dark cupboard works well.
About Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl)
Is hypochlorous acid the same as bleach or chlorine?
No. Household bleach is a different and much harsher chemical called sodium hypochlorite. Hypochlorous acid is made from salt, water, and a gentle electric current. It has no alcohol, no added fragrance, and it's gentle enough to use often.
Is a slight pool or chlorine smell normal?
A very faint scent can be normal with hypochlorous acid. Daily Do's is made to be low odour and fragrance free, so there's no strong chemical smell.
Is all hypochlorous acid the same?
No. Quality comes down to the concentration, the pH, and how fresh it is. We make ours at a consistent 500 ppm and package it to stay fresh.
Why isn't HOCl more common if it's so simple?
It used to be hard and expensive to produce and keep stable, so it was mostly used in specialized settings. Better production methods have made it practical for everyday home and business use.

Do you test on animals?
No. Daily Do's is not tested on animals.

What's the difference between your products?
They use the same gentle formula in different bottles. Paw-Clean is made for cleaning up around pets, Max-HOCLean is the everyday home and office spray, and the MAX-CL500 Gallon is a bulk size for businesses and heavy users. Toy-Clean is coming soon.
What does "500 ppm" mean?
It's the strength of the hypochlorous acid in the bottle. It's a consistent, professional strength made for frequent daily cleaning.
Which product should I choose?
Choose Max-HOCLean for everyday cleaning at home or the office, Paw-Clean for life with pets, and the Gallon if you go through a lot or run a business.
Can I refill my spray bottle from the Gallon?
Yes. The Gallon is a cost-effective way to refill your smaller bottles.
Have you discontinued your pet product?
No. Paw-Clean is a core part of the range and here to stay.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with Shop Pay and other secure options at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as you can at contact@dailydos.ca and we'll try to help. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or cancelled.
I didn't get an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across Canada from our Canadian facility. Orders usually ship within 2 to 5 business days, and you'll get tracking once yours is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Canadian orders over $60 ship free. Orders under that amount are charged shipping calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement. You can reach us at contact@dailydos.ca.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Email us at contact@dailydos.ca with your order number and a photo, and we'll fix it quickly.
Do you sell on Amazon too?
Yes. You can find Daily Do's on Amazon, though ordering directly from our site often gets you better value at higher quantities.
